Monkey Sock Swap THREE Questionnaire

The basics: Do you consider yourself a beginning sock knitter, an intermediate, or have you been doing this so long you could probably knit a pair in your sleep? Intermediate - I can follow a pattern pretty well, charts are not my strong suit but am working on it.

The measurements:
Shoe Size: 10 wide
Foot circumference: 9 ¾”
Foot length: 9 ¾”

Yarn Preferences:What colors do you love? Greens, blues, purples, pinks

Do you prefer solids or variegated? Depends on the sock pattern, I love Monkey in variegated yarn, the Gothic Spires and others in a solid.

Do you prefer wool, cotton or acrylic yarn? Wool or wool-cotton blend - no acrylics please

What colors would you never wear? really bright neon's will never get worn, nor would anything like camo mixes, i like "girly" colors...

What are your favorite brands of yarn? Spunky eclectic, Socks that Rock - I dislike Socketta and the other "stringy cotton yarns, can not get past the feel of them".

Are there any new brands you would like to try? Louet Gems in Aqua or Neptune would we wonderful, or a solid color (prefer blue or aqua I think) Panda Cotton Bamboo for the Hedera

Which pattern(s) would you like to knit and don’t already own? I would love to knit Twisted Flower, Flicker or Hedera

Other pertinent information:Would you be willing to have an international Monkey Pal or do you prefer one in the US? Prefer US

Do you have any allergies? None that count for sock-knitting

Will your knitting be exposed to smoke or animals? No one Smokes, Yes, I have 2 cats and one dog. I do try to keep them away from my yarn but they are interested in it sometimes.

There is a meaning in all these cases when different persons are amalgamated into one substitute.. That is the case when we dream, for instance, that some dear relative has died of plague when we know of no ground for expecting, apprehending, or assuming anything of the sort; we can only ask ourself wonderingly: What brought that into my head? To the third group those dreams belong which are void of both meaning and intelligibility; they are incoherent, complicated, and meaningless...
