I have completed my first Irish Hiking Scarf - it came out wonderfully. I liked the Country 8 Ply that I used and the color is great. I have posted a picture on that Blog.
The weekend was uneventful, very snowy and quiet. I spent all of saturday in my pj's knitting and watching HGTV and TLC. This was my idea of a great quiet weekend.
Now thtat my scarf is done I need to get another project started, I did cast on another scarf in a cotton and acrylic yarn I bought on sale sunday when I went out. Its boring beige, but soft and will make a nice gift. I had never heard the the yarn brand and I don't know remember the name.
